2016/2018 - Playwing Work - Instant War

Back in 2016 there was an opportunity for me to start a new project in a new company with a small team (7 members, of which myself and Ugren Radushev as the initial artists). That is how we've started Instant War. 
My main responsibility was the overall Art Direction, implementation of new art pipelines & workflow ,asset creation. 
I was also responsible for recruitment, management and execution of art outsourcing (via freelance studios) when needed. 
I was very happy to be responsible for recruitment & on-boarding of the entire studio art dept. - 7 amazing people that joined our ranks. 
Ever-since it's been a pleasure to work with these guys. 
What you see here is a small preview of all the work that me & the team did on the project. I'll try give credit to all who worked on the project.
